My name is Anna, and I’m a personal trainer.
My journey with fitness started when I wanted to encourage my son to spend less time in front of screens. To motivate him, I began working out alongside him — and that’s when something clicked: I realized it wasn’t just for him, but for me too.
Today, staying active is an essential part of my life, and as a trainer, I help women (and others!) discover that movement is about so much more than just shaping your body.
My philosophy? No pressure, just results. I focus on health, energy, and feeling good — with appearance as a welcome bonus.
I’m far from perfect — I love sweets – But that’s exactly why I know change isn’t about being flawless. It’s a journey where every step, no matter how small, counts.
